电池检验标准一、 外观尺寸(全检)箱体表面清洁,没有显然的变形,没有机械损伤,接触点无腐蚀箱体外壳所有紧固件都必须 要紧固,无缝隙.标签和警告标签应贴到正确的位置外形尺寸(宽*深火高):(440±2mm) * (420±2mm)*(88±2mm).二、 内部连接检查(全检)控制盒内部铜排与电器件的连接处都必须要紧固,各个接插件部分要确保接线正确并且无虚接 现象三、 上电测试设备必须求:充电机1组,负载1组,GYFP48100T电池组2组,万用表1块,电脑1台(上位 机版本 TCVB1.3J20150828)连接方式:充电机和负载的正负极接到控制盒的总正总负(P+/P-),第1组电池组的正极接 P+负极接Li-,第2组电池组正极接P+负极接VRLA-1. 电压测试(全检):控制盒上电后测量其总正总负(P+/P-)电压,通过校准后台监控软 件使后台显示电压值与测量值相等.2. 电流测试(全检):控制充电机分别输出20A和100A的电流值,通过校准后台监控软件使 后台显示电流值与测量值相等3. 继电器功能测试(全检):分别在电池组处于充电和放电状态,通后台监控软件手动切换LI 和VRLA继电器,2个电池组充放电状态必须符合继电器切换状态。
4. 显示功能测试(全检):调节显示器按钮,可查找到并正确显示电池组状态信息信息包 括:在线模式(FP on line / VRLA on line),电池组电压(Batteries V),电池组电流(Batteries I), 运行状态(Run_State: Stop/Normal), SOC 值,电池组单体电压(Module Cell Voltage), 电池组电芯温度(Module Cell temperature),系统容量(Batteries Capacity),系统信息(Batteries Info),告警信息(Batt—ies Alarm Info),接触器状态(CContactor Status).5. 切换功能测试(此项目只做1个完整测试):接通电路后以50A充电电流将系统充满电, 搁置5分钟后,再以50A放电电流进行放电,并记录电池组切换状态,切换状态必须符合设 计逻辑制定逻辑:充电时FP优先充电,FP满电后切换至VRLA充电,直至VRLA充满,最后切换到 FP在线.放电时FP优先放电,当FP放电至SOC=20%时切换至VRLA放电,VRLA放电至保护切 换到FP持续放电,直至保护。
