Instruct and regulate the system and equipments commissioning. Verify system performance, Discover and eliminate defects might exist. Ensure the system and equipments can be put into operation safely and normally. 2. 调试范围 Scope of commissioning调试范围主要包括以下各个系统:This commissioning includes the following control system:2.1协调控制Coordinated Master Control2.2 由磨煤机风量和温度调节组成的燃烧控制(包括风量和燃料)Combustion (fuel & air flow) Control consisting of pulveriser air flow and temperature control2.3 给煤量控制Coal feeder flow control2.4 二次风量控制。
Secondary air flow control2.5 一次风压控制Primary air duct pressure control2.6 炉膛负压控制Furnace Draft Control2.7 汽包水位控制Drum Level Control.2.8 过热蒸汽温度控制Superheated Steam Temperature Control.2.9 再热蒸汽温度控制Reheat steam temperature control2.10 给水泵再循环流量控制Feed Water Pump re-circulation flow control2.11 凝汽器水位调节系统Condenser Hot Well Level Control 2.12 除氧器水位调节系统Deaerator Level Control2.13 除氧器压力调节系统Deaerator pressure control2.14 高加/低加水位调节系统HP / LP Heater level control2.15 轴封压力、温度调节系统Turbine gland steam pressure & temperature control2.16 连排扩容器水位调节。

HP/LP bypass control2.25 其他的一些单回路控制系统Other single-loop control systems3. 调试前必须具备的条件 Conditions before commissioning3.1控制系统授电工作已经进行完毕并检验合格,软件恢复工作已经结束并检验合格System energizing and software recovery have been completed up to requirements.3.2该系统硬件检查和I/O通道精确度检查工作已经结束并检验合格MCS hardware inspection shall be finished, and I/O channels accuracy shall be checked up to standard.3.3主要热控设备、执行机构和变送器已安装就位The I&C devices, actuators, and transmitters have been installed.3.4各调节系统的执行机构都经过验收并合格The actuators of each regulating system have been inspected up to standard.3.5各个模拟量控制系统的被调参数真实、准确。
The controlled variable of each modulating control system shall be truly and accurately fed back to the controller.4. 调试步骤 Process of commissioning4.1硬件检查 Inspection of hardware对所有引入模拟量控制系统的电缆进行接线正确性检查,对模拟量控制系统的输入/输出通道进行完好性检查Check that all the cables connected with MCS are wired correctly, and the MCS I/O channel is in its integrity.4.2用户软件检查 Inspection of application software对所有的控制系统控制框图及组态图进行正确性检查Check the block diagrams and configuration diagrams of all the control systems to ensure their correctness.4.3一次设备检查Inspection of primary equipment 对模拟量控制系统执行机构进行远方操作试验。
Carry out remote operation test on actuators in modulating control system.4.4控制系统开环试验Open loop test of control system控制系统的开环试验主要完成初设调节系统参数,检查调节器作用方向,初设流量、水位等需要校正的函数(参数)等它主要包括:a. 手/自动无扰切换试验 b. 强制跟踪试验 c. 动态方向性试验 d. 静态特性试验,设置静态配比参数 e. 执行机构联锁保护试验f. 水位、流量校正回路特性、参数检查g. 逻辑回路试验In the open loop test of control system, the regulator parameters are pre-set, the regulator is checked acting in correct direction, and the reference value of each controlled variable is pre-set. The open loop test includes the following items:a. M/A changeover testb. Forced tracking testc. Dynamic test of directiond. Static characteristic test, static parameter settinge. Actuator interlock and protection testf. Inspection of characteristics and parameters of water level and flow corrective circuits.g. Logic circuit test4.5动态调试它包括:a. 被控对象的动态特性试验b. 控制系统对各扰动量的动态响应试验c. 定值扰动试验。
The dynamic commissioning of control system include the following items: a. Dynamic characteristic test of controlled plantb. Dynamic response test of control system to various disturbancesc. Set value disturbance test4.6控制系统动态试验应具备的条件:a. 试运指挥部应为热工自动控制系统的投入提供必要的调试时间b. 在动态调试过程中, 有关单位应向调试人员提供必要的动态特性试验时机等方便条件c. 控制系统中涉及的函数曲线由设计单位提供d. 运行人员应密切配合调试人员试投自动Conditions of control system dynamic test:a. Commissioning authority should allot adequate time to MCS tests and adjustment.b. During dynamic commissioning, the relevant parties should make arrangements to facilitate the characteristics test.c. The design team should provide the function curves used in each control system.d. The operator should assist commissioning engineers in putting MCS into operation.5. 使用工具 Tools used for test 万用表: FLUKE 17BMultimeter: FLUKE 17B信号发生器:: YOKOGAWA CA100Signal Source: YOKOGAWA CA1006. 注意事项 Precautions6.1 参加调试的所有工作人员应严格执行现场有关安全规定,确保调试工作安全可靠地进行。
All personnel participating in commissioning should strictly execute relevant site-safety-rules to ensure the work can be done safely and reliably.6.2 如在调试过程中可能或已经发生设备损坏、人身伤亡等情况,应立即停止调试工作,将设备置于最低能量状态,并分析原因,提出解决措施In case of any misfortune already or possible happened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commissioning task should be suspended, set the equipments at lowest energy condition. The solution should be issued after analysis.6.3 如在调试过程中发现异常情况,应及时调整,并立即汇报指挥人员If any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment should be executed in time and report the instructor as soon as possible.6.4 调试全过程均应有各相关专业人员在岗,以确保设备运行的安全。
During commissioning, professional engineers from all correlative units should be on duty in order to ensure the safety for operation.6.5 参加MCS系统投入的人员包括热控调试人员、热控设备厂家服务人员、机炉调试人员以及机炉运行人员,参加人员须密切配合,明确自己的职责MCS commissioning should be performed jointly by I&C commissioning engineers, I&C manufacturer representatives, boiler/turbine engineers and operators. They should be closely cooperate and have their duty nailed down.6.6 机炉调试、机炉运行人员应熟悉热控设备的操作以及调节系统投入的方法、步骤如有异常应立即切除自动,按运行规程操作使机组继续运行,并通知热控调试人员自动已切除Engineers and operators in boiler/turbine commissioning shall know well I&C method and procedures and be skillful at manipulation of I&C. If anything abnormal occurs, remove the automatic control to keep the unit running according to the operating regulations, and inform I&C commissioning engineers that the automatic control has been taken off.6.7 模拟量控制系统投入后,运行及调试单位应做好记录工作。
After MCS put into operation, the operation and commissioning departments shall take complete record.。
