    有的酒店知名人士之为住房证(Residence Certificate)或住房卡(Guest Passport)它可以作为住店客人的“临时身份证”,持卡人可以服务台取钥匙,或在餐厅享受免费早餐或用记账欢迎卡(册)还有其他的功能,例如介绍酒店设施与项目、重要注意事项,或者印有酒店的名称、地址,便于客人反回住地等欢迎卡常见的内容有:1.酒店名称、标识、地址、电话等(略),以及住客的重要信息,如:客人姓名(先生/夫人/女士/小姐)GUEST NAME(Mr / Mrs / Miss / Ms): 房间号码/ROOM NO: 人数/NUMBER OF PERSONS: 到店日期/DATE OF ARRIVAL: 离店日期/DATE OF DEPARTURE: 抵离日期/IN/OUT DATE: 房价(美元)/RATE: USD (人民币)RMB ¥ 接待员(经物人)/CLERK: 签字(SIGNATURE): 备注/REMARKS: 2.简单注意事项(NOTICE),如: 根据公安部门规定,访客请在服务台登记。

    Unit2 Room Reservation 客房预订一、客房预订的常见形式1.临时性预计(Simple Reservation):指客人在即将抵达,或在抵店的当天进行的预订酒店有权在下午前取消2.确认性预订(confirmed Reservation):指酒店答应为预订者保留客房至于某一时间,但如果客人到了截止时间(Cut—off Time)仍未抵店,又未通知酒店有关推迟抵店情况的,酒店可将其预订客房另租给其他客人3.保证性预订(Guaranteed Reservation):以上的两种方式都属于非保证性预订(Unguaranteed Reservation)如果客人要确保酒店保留其预订的房间,就可以采用保证性预订,通过使用信用卡、预付订金、订立合同等方法,来确保酒店应有的收入;而酒店则必须保证为其提供所需的客房,除非接到了预订者取消订房的通知,否则即使客人未抵店,也应保留客房至次日退房结帐时限为止二、客房预订的操作流程1.客房预订的操作流程如下图所示:抵店准备修订预订记录储蓄确认预订受理预订通迅联系明确客源婉 拒 预 订2.订房时需特别留意的要素:⑴客人姓名(Guest Name 或团队名称(Name of Group)、编号(Code);⑵代订人姓名(contact Name)、联系电话(Telephone Number)、单位(Company Name 及地址(Address):⑶所需客房的种类(Room Type 及数量(Number of Rooms):⑷人数(Number of Guests):⑸国籍(Nationality)⑹抵/离店日期(Date of Arrival /Departure)、时间(Time of arrival /departure)及入住天数(Length of Staying):⑺折扣优惠(Discount)及款方式(Payment):⑻订房入住当天的保留时间(Cut-off Time)⑼酒店对宾客预订变取消预订的规定(Agreements on Reservation Amendments/Cancellation)。

    2.套房由两间或两间以上客房构成,又可细分为:⑴普通套间(Junior Suite):通常一间为起居室,另一间为为卧室⑵商务套间(Business suite):专为商旅客人设计,一间为起居兼办公室,别另一间为卧室⑶复式套间(Duples Suite):也称立体套间,其布置为起居室在下,卧室在上两者用室内楼梯连接⑷连接套间(Connecting Rooms):也称组合套间两间相连的客房用隔间性能好、均安装门锁连接,并都配有卫生间;需要时,既可以作为两面三刀间独立的客房出租,也可作间出租灵活性较大⑸豪华套间(Deluse Suite):气派豪华,为两面三刀套间或三套间布置,三套间中除起居室、卧室外,还有一间餐室或会议室,卧室中配备大号双人⑹总统套间(Presidential Suite):双称特套间,一般由五间以上的房间组成,装饰布置极为讲究,通常在豪华酒店才设置此类套间四、床具的主要类型单人床 Twin-size Bed双人床 Double-size Bed大号双人床 Queen-size Bed特大号双人床 King-size Bed加床 Extra Bed婴儿床 Cot沙发床 Studio Bed隐壁床 Murphy Bed五、客房报价类型1、 基本房价(Rack Rate):又叫标准房价、门市价、散客价等,也就是价目表(Tariff)上所公布的现行普通价格。

    2、 追加房价(Extra Charge):追加价格是在公布价格的基础上,根据客人住宿情况,另外加收的房费,通常有以下几种情况:⑴、 白天租用价(Day Charge):客人退房离店超过了规定时间,酒店将向客人收取白天租用价许多酒店规定:客人在12时后、18时前退房,加收半天房费;在18时以后退房,加收一天房费⑵、 加床费(Rate For Extra Bed):酒店给需要在房内临时加床的客人提供的房价⑶、 深夜房价(Midnight Charge):客人在凌晨抵店,酒店将向客人加收一天或半天房费⑷、 保留房价(Hold-Room Charge):住客短期外出施行,但继续保留所住客房,或因特殊情况未能及时抵店,酒店通常需要客人支付房费,但一般不再加收服务费⑸、 钟点价(Time Rate):指酒店的客房完全根据入住时间的钟点计算的房价,一般在6小时以内3、 特别房价(Special Rate)⑴、 团队价(Group Rate):酒店为团队客人提供的优惠房价⑵、 家庭租用价(Family Plan Rate):酒店为携带孩子的父母所提供的折扣价格⑶、 小包价(Package Plan Rate):酒店为特殊客人提供的一揽子报价,通常包括房租费及餐费、游览费、交通费等项目的费用。

    ⑷、 折扣价(Discount Rate):酒店向常客(Regular Guest)或长住客(Long-staying Guest)或贵宾(VIP)提供的优惠价格⑸、 免费(Complimentay Rate):酒店在互惠互利的原则下,给予客人免费待遇4、 合同房价(Conteact Rate):又称批发价格,是酒店给予中间商的优惠价六、订房的基本方式 柜台预订 Talk口头预订 Verbal信函预订 Mail合同预订 Contract电话预订 Telephone电脑终端预订 Computer Terminal电传预订 Telex电脑网络中心 Computer Network传真预订 Fax七、国际酒店常用的计价方式 1、欧式计价(European Plan/EP):所示房价只包括住宿费而不包括其他服务费用。
