本科学生毕业设计三木花园室外空间设计方案摘　　要随着科学技术突飞猛进，人们在物质生活和精神生活水平得到不断提高的同时，对人居环境质量亦不断提出新的更高的要求和标准此外，由于经济的发展给我们带来的负面效应，如森林面积减小、空气和水污染严重、噪音加剧等现象不断环绕着我们周围因此，把经济、社会、资源与环境视为一个密不可分的，并以人为中心的复合环境，已是我们目前各项事业发展的主旨对于我们来说，理想的居住环境应该是一个与大自然和谐发展的空间，是一个以人为本，宁静且优美的自然生态空间人们在其中生活有一种归属感、安全感、舒适感为此，当今每个新建住宅小区都本着力求创造功能合理、形态自然、能体现生态原则的居住生活环境，以符合当今社会的需要、时代的需求因此，集生态、使用、环境等功能为一体的绿地是当今花园小区为符合当今潮流和走可持续发展之路的最佳模式关键词：生态；自然；人文；和谐； 居住区ABSTRACTalong with the science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds in material and spiritual life constantly improve the level of living environment quality and continuously put forward new requirements and standards of the higher. 因此，先进的生态住宅小区环境设计理念、智能化的环境生态住宅小区的建设，对深入“以人为本”、“人与自然的和谐”有着积极的意义第2章 三木花园室外空间设计方案说明2.1小区基本概况河北省邯郸市三木花园，位于邯郸市东部新区的中心，北依城市干道联纺路，向东是新立河及两岸绿化带，南部为龙湖公园联纺路及规划干道将小区分为三片整个小区单体楼房和外部环境较好的贯彻了“以人为本”、“崇尚自然”与“可持续发展”相结合的规划设计理念，以建设生态园林型居住空间为目标，满足并达到住宅的舒适性、安全性、生态性、智能性、耐久性和经济性三木花园总用地面积32.88公顷，其中住宅用地为19.23公顷，约占居住用地的58%；小区内现居住总户数为1440户，人口约为5047人，住宅建筑总量为21.27万平方米2.2设计依据1、邯郸市城乡规划处规划设计要点审批表2、邯郸市三木花园居住小区建筑规划设计图3、国家有关的设计规范及标准4、绿化景观设计相关规范2.3设计体现的理念和内涵随着生活水平的不断提高，人们的生活内容也随之丰富多彩，居住小区规划设计时不但要解决居住空间的设置，更要赋予更多的文化内涵以满足人们的精神享受，这样人们在社区里生活才会感到愉悦和快乐。

现在有很多带有文化主题的小区，还有的社区以运动为主题提出了“运动就是在家门口”，在运动中享受健康的理念像奥林匹克运动社区，就是房地产业与体育产业结合的产物住宅的远景小品体现了运动的主题，三木花园内处处可见活泼可爱的环境小品，以表现社区的特征广州中城康桥小区的步行街设计，很好地体现了这一方面，设在小区入口的步行街，两侧除了布置商店之外，还设计了浅浅的溪流，可使人们在步履之间欣赏到小溪潺潺；在溪流旁，树荫下安排了咖啡座，增加了别有情趣的露天小广场这样的设计，赋予了步行流动空间和交往空间的功能，使小区的居民有机会聚在这里品茶聊天，增加相互了解，增进邻里的亲情这样的环境设计在景观师的处理下，补充了原有的商业街功能，更加拓展和深化了规划阶段的设计的效果三木花园的景观设计不再追求宏伟、壮观，而是亲切温馨，尺度宜人，有些小区的集中绿地面积很大，种满了花草，人们只能观赏不能进入，使用率很低，即使有的设计了一些人行步道，人们仍然无法驻足停留，缺少交往场所较好的做法是绿地的设计划分为功能性绿地和观赏性绿地，每一组绿地的面积都不是很大对于交往空间，小区规划更要注意空间尺度，如果空间过大就会产生疏远感，缺少相对的稳密性。

因此，在小区的环境设计中应关注楼宇周围的零碎空间，并赋予它一定的科学效用随着时代的发展，人文住区应该得到进一步的重视和发展，使之适应人们不断提高的精神、生活水平的需求2.4设计原则 三木花园以人为核心的原则，注意处理好自然环境商业氛围人的关系,把居民对居住环境、居住类型和物业管理三方面的需求作为规划设计重点,努力把小区规划成具有优美的居住环境、完善的配套服务设施、丰富的历史文化内涵的世纪新型居住小区主要创新点和指导原则为：重视城市自然、人文特色的动态延续性小区规划努力适应当地自然环境、历史文脉及居民生活模式，使小区融汇在城市的大环境中,成为城市的有机组成部分规划重视建筑体量、色彩及空间关系与周围环境的协调，充分结合原有地形、地貌等自然景观资源和区位，创造出一个自然景观资源丰富的山水园林居住环境注重小区区位优势，规划上尽量体现新世纪的居住理念，结合社会发展商业前景，设计高起点，融入全方位的新世纪居住环境理念满足住宅的居住性、舒适性、安全性、耐久性和经济性，规划根据物业管理需要确定组团规模和服务设施内容服务设施配套齐全，位置得当，符合居民生活要求和行为轨迹，便于在保安、清洁、绿化、水电、家政等方面推选规范化服务，为物业管理及服务提供了便利条件，提高了工作质量，降低了管理成本。

加强空间领域限定、提高居住安全性，小区按照空间的不同属性和人的行为逻辑规律，将小区用地分成不同的空间序列，并通过小区主入口以及级团、院落、单元入口的标志性景观进一步加强空间的领域感和归属感，从而提高了居住环境的安全性三木花园设计始终坚持以人为本，创造舒适、优美、卫生、安宁的生活环境规划的用地布局及空间组织以人的需求为依据，充分考虑人的可达性、便捷性及舒适性，做到以人为本，为人服务在满足日照、采光和通风的基础上，着重进行绿地系统规划，强调绿地景观系统的均好性，使居民最大程度接近自然、享受自然，保证居民的身心健康2.5景观规划分析2.5.1植物配置分析三木花园植物配置遵循适地适树的原则，并充分考虑与建筑风格的吻合，兼顾多样性和季节性，进行多层次、多品种搭配，分别组合成特色各异的群落整体上有疏有密，有高有低，力求在色彩变化和空间组织上都取得良好的效果植物搭配错落有致，灌乔木相互搭配，种植具有观赏性的各类乔木和绚丽夺目的花灌木配植一些红枫、棕榈、小叶女贞，以增加植物层次上的变化，为小区增色不少2.5.2道路系统分析在充分研究了三木花园的现有建筑规划和平面分布后，贯彻人性化的设计思想，从交通、消防等多个方面精心考虑，主要道路系统与建筑密切配合，明晰了然，将各大分区通达顺畅地紧密联系在一起，在人流主要交汇处均设有较大面积的活动空间，体现了良好的疏通性和引导性。

次要道路系统不拘一格，形式多样化，并沿其设置别有情趣的坐凳、雕塑和小品，营造一个舒适，和谐的环境2.5.3景观节点分析三木花园景点，利用植物围合而成设计中具体利用植物造景和不同材质及颜色的铺装来划分空间，以此形成多样化的活动场地，特色各异的广场，既是举行一些户外公众聚会活动的最佳场地，也是专门为业主们沟通交流搭建的平台每一个位置，每一个角度，所见均不相同，绝对没有千面如一的平淡，人造的景观与上帝的景观在此合二为一，成为崭新意义上的自然，而生活，与此同时也被赋予了新的内涵2.6本章小结景观生活是人们在提高生活品质后所产生的对于生活方式选择的一种需求这是人们在选购住宅时希望得到的一种需求同时，对于开发商来说，也是提高项目本身品质的一种手段理性开发，紧跟时代步伐，突出项目特点，吸引更多的购房者是开发商所追求的最终目标因此，无论是对开发商还是对购买者来说小区景观环境都是十分重要的社会的发展和形势的需要向我们提出了更高的要求，需要我们用发展的眼光去研究探索这门学问通过建设具有较高水平的现代居住小区绿色空间环境，以达到改善城市生态质量和人居环境的目的，在人与自然相互依存的条件下，开拓人与自然充分亲近的休憩生活境域，使久居闹市的居民获得重返自然的身心享受，这是人们共同追求的理想，是实现城市可持续发展的必然要求。

结　　论本文主要论述了住宅小区景观设计的的发展方向随着社会的发展，中国住宅小区景观设计必然要召唤传统文化和民族精神，但不会是也不应该是历史的重演中国现代住宅小区景观设计的传统性与民族性的表达，需要跳出具体的形象，跳出习用的词语，在对中国住宅小区景观设计进行深入的批判性(哲学意义上的批判)认识的基础上，要作抽象的思辨和精神的凝炼，探索能和现代建筑艺术和审美意识契合的在精神层面上表达中国的住宅小区景观设计之路首先，本文从时代和文化两个方面分析了几个世纪以来住宅小区景观设计的新手法和住宅小区景观设计的现状指出当今住宅小区景观设计普遍存在的问题和今后的发展趋势论述了三木花园室外空间设计方案的新手法三木花园将是打破以往束缚的全新室外空间，她表现的是超越时间、空间、融入人类情感的新空间 其次，本文阐述了三木花园室外景观的设计理念：不再追求宏伟、壮观，而是亲切温馨，尺度宜人；设计原则：用地布局及空间组织以人的需求为依据，充分考虑人的可达性、便捷性及舒适性，做到以人为本，为人服务在满足日照、采光和通风的基础上，着重进行绿地系统规划，强调绿地景观系统的均好性，使居民最大程度接近自然、享受自然，保证居民的身心健康。
