The product shall be handled with care during transportation and installation. 2. It’s forbidden to block up the air exhaust opening! Tee shall be mounted with the upper interface for air exhaust and lower interface for overflow, it’s not allowed to directly connect to any other tube! Otherwise, the water tank may be swollen or shrunk due to poor air exhaust.3. After connecting the tank support and lacing wire with front and back holder, the water tank shall be placed on holder, pay attention that evacuated tube hole of water tank shall be directed at holder bottom support box, and ABS plastic holder shall be mounted into bottom support box hole, then put the four screws at the bottom of tank，don’t fasten them at first, mount the decorative rubber ring with water onto evacuated tube, soapsuds shall be coated at the seal outside of evacuated tube as lubricant, and the evacuated tube with water shall be inserted into water tank hole (twist it). After the evacuated tube if fully inserted, the water tank angle shall be adjusted a little. Then fasten the screws firmly at the bottom of tank and insert the evacuated tube insert back to the relevant ABS holder (twist it).4. When connecting water feed tube and drain tube, it’s best to choose special composited tube or cross-linked tube so as to reduce watermark and heat loss, the heat of tube shall be preserved with heat insulating material, which can be used together with cable during charged heating. Fix the water feed tube and drain tube on holder or building. In cold area, drain valve shall be added to drain water in water feed tube and drain tube. 5. The temperature inside of evacuated tube can reach above 250℃in the sun in the open air, pay more attention that cooling water fed may crack the evacuated tube! See following methods to avoid such phenomenon:A. Fill the evacuated tube with water and feed water after it’s fully inserted; B. Conceal the evacuated tube for 3 hours and feed water after the temperature in tube drops. Installation of Solar Water Heater System 1. Parallel Connection Top waterRegulating valve Hot waterIt’s suitable for situation in need of large quantity of hot water and flow. 2. Series Connection Top water Hot water It’s suitable for situation of high requirement for water temperature but smaller quantity of hot water compared to parallel connection. Holder Installation 1. Installation of front holder: use bolt to connect the front holder, right frame and upper and lower reflector panel; use bolt to fix the tube support to the connecting hole of left and right frame of front holder, don’t fasten the upper nut at first for further convenient adjustment.2. Installation of back holder: use bolt to connect back holder, right frame and back holder batter brace, then fix the midpoint of batter brace, adjust it angle and fasten the screw.Fix the tube support to the connecting hole of left and right frame of front holder, don’t fasten the upper nut at first for further convenient adjustment. Solar Installation Schematic Diagram Flat Roof Installation Method Description Please refer to above installation schematic diagram for manual water feeding, it only needs to open ball valve 1 and 2 to feed water, when opening ball valve 1 and closing ball valve 2, it’s available for bath at once after adjusting hot water. Reserved opening is set up for automatic control device, it can be plugged up to reduce heat dissipation when control device is not mounted.
